This sophisticated Roof Garden has been very well received by the client and we’re thrilled with the finished result. This alone made us really happy, but to now find that this project has been awarded Best Roof Terrace at the BALI National Landscape Awards has just been the icing on the cake. We placed our trust in one of the best contractors in the industry, Bowles & Wyer. They achieved an amazing installation for us and their constant support and guidance, through a dedicated project manager, made the process a delight.
The existing space was a blank canvas, with white limestone paving. This made the space difficult to use during sunny weather, as the paving caused a strong glare. Views of the city were also spoiled by a lift overrun structure, situated beyond the client’s property boundary. Therefore, the client’s main objective was to soften the space with planting, enhance their views over the city, and to make the space more usable and inviting.
